Very poor flavor. Calamari were the worst ever. Tasted like Old Oil that was never drained or screened. I work in F & B this maid me sick that night. Poor Food and service

Ordered on Thursday for Sunday Mother’s Day pickup at 5pm. Did a curbside order. Waited over an hour in the parking lot for our order. It wouldn’t have been so mad had they contacted the customers and let everyone know they are running an hour behind. As a mom, I’m disappointed that I just wasted all this time on a day to celebrate. Just very disappointed today. Probably will not return.

Service was slow. Restaurant dark, no windows. tables are two small for family style. food was just plan bad. lasagna tasted weird. no flavor in the sauce, just crushed tomatoes, no herbs, no onion, no garlic. way too expensive. Will never go to a Boca again.

Family size meals so you will have left overs hence the price will be more than your normal restaurant experience but this is great Italian food with a fun theme and even the small portions are a lot. Bring people to share and compare!!

Food is always delicious and tastes authentic..However. this Valentine's decided to order out and family could eat at home..I was happy to see a promotion for a free pizza with an online order. Kids were excited. But when we opened the box. It was a tiny thin crust margarita pizza. Maybe 5 inch. So small it wouldn't fill my 11 yr. Old!.so small I wouldn't even say its appetizer size. Kids were very disappointed.

I was given a gift card to this restraurant. We were seated and not spoken to for over 15 minutes. Finally a nice young lady came and took our drink orders. I watched our server count money at the bar register and clean off tables while we sat for another 10 to 15 minutes. Finally he walked over to us and casually says sorry for the wait I was slammed. Uh no not good. The food was good but we had 2 dishes to share and paid over $50. We didn't see or hear from server until we were completely finished.

Customer service is just not there, to the manager of this restaurant you will be a lot more successful and get repeat business if you work on this. We were seated 1hr after our reservation time witch says you guys never even plan for my reservation, food took an hour and a half after we ordered, Just an experience that makes me not want to ever come back. 2 stars because the food was actually good. But I have gone to restaurants were food was horrible but they had outstanding customer service and guess what I would be more than happy to return. Going to a restaurant is 90% about the experience 10% really about the food, otherwise we can just all stay home, drink and eat there and have a great experience.

The food was good. My only issue was it seemed the waitress disappeared. However the manager and partner made us feel taken care of. I will be coming back due to the excellent management and great food.

I had the displeasure of eating at Buca on July 4th. The waitress had an attitude from the minute we walked through the door. Service was awful, and the food took forever and was bland. This establishment has gone downhill over the years. Don't waste your time and money. If you're looking for a better experience and overall value, I would recommend Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill. I'd be surprised if Buca remains open in a year. Please look at other reviews. Service and food quality is deplorable. Do NOT recommend! Buca, please don't bother sending me a pre-written and standard response to my review.

This restaurant is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. The food items all came to the table without delay and were delicious! Don't forget desserts. The cheesecake is unbelievable.

We were seated pretty quickly at a busy hour (party of 4). Food was tasty but the salmon was dry. Kid's pizza was also a weird texture, so they did not like it. But the mashed potatoes turned out excellent after we had them add extra garlic. The server was very accommodating and took care of our requests, including birthday dessert since we did not get an email coupon. Great service.

Great food. Fun atmosphere and family style dining experience. Spicy shrimp appetizer was so hot it overpowered everything on the trio appetizer plate. But waitress happily swapped out a different appetizer. She also helped us with menu suggestions. Angela was very helpful. White sangria was very good. Italian margherita was disappointing. Definitely needs to NOT have salt on the rim.

Very dissatisfied! Not only was the chicken parmesan very dry but it also did not come pasta. I called and they offered for me to come back for pasta but seriously I could make pasta quicker than the drive. And then I tasted the chicken. This was definitely not worth the money I spent. I could have made better and I can't cook!

Food is great. Love the one salad with blue cheese and prosciutto. The only suggestion i have is to clean the AC ducts. When you look at the ducts and banners around the top of the ceiling there is just filth and dust up there. That is the only reason this was not 5 Stars

We were the only table in the restaurant, eventually. Still waiting, for almost thirty minutes, for a second entree. The management had pulled multiple staff members, including one cook, into the office, after we put in our order. I'm guessing he was the one responsible for making the pizzas.Our first plate came out, promptly, but I clocked in 26 minutes, for a floppy, cornmeal caked pizza.What made things more fun is that they didn't even have music playing in the restaurant, aaaaand we were seated right next to the kitchen. Allowing us to hear the lovely conversations between the servers, and occasional line cooks, as we patiently waited.$56 for two entrees, two beverages, and nearly an hour of wasted time. Never again.

Omg this place is amazing! I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is truly fun! I felt like I was in somebody’s house because of the friendly staff and atmosphere! The food was incredible! Top to bottom the food was so enjoyable and it felt like home! One of the staff, Justin was talking to me about my career and he was giving me amazing tips. I truly can’t be more satisfied with this place.
